Late afternoon vehicle fire stops traffic on Jefferson Davis Hwy.  A523 was first on scene and began diverting traffic. E517, Assist. Chief 503 and PWC Police arrived on scene and shut down Jefferson Davis Highway in both directions.  The occupants of the vehicle were uninjured and E517 extinguished the fire within minutes.  Traffic soon returned to normal.
